Cases are on the rise again, and it's making me anxious about meeting up with friends and other relatives. The holidays went fine, and I'm glad they did. However, the situation is once again taking a serious turn. We're fully vaccinated, but it's just frightening for me to be a cause of someone's sickness. We've had a lot of plans set up, but I feel like postponing it would be the better choice. The new virus also seems to spread faster, even if some say it's milder. I'm now doubting my optimism about the situation. Still, I look forward to a better month when February comes.
